More customs holds on UN3481

Anyone else seeing a jump in holds on UN3481 (PI967) consignments? FRA customs stopped three shipments on Monday for “insufficient documentation” despite MSDS, clear watt-hour markings, and SOC declarations; we’re aligned with IATA DGR and carrier addenda. Are officers now expecting the UN38.3 test summary attached to import entries, or is this a temporary enforcement push?

Seeing the same at FRA this week — two PI967 stopped for “insufficient documentation,” . We started attaching the UN38.3 test summary to the import entry and referencing the TS ID/URL on the invoice (IATA lithium battery notes here: IATA - Batteries), and releases have been smoother. Did your broker get anything explicit from Hauptzollamt about TS being mandatory, or is this a carrier push?
